The Farm
Lion Gate Farms, Inc. is a farm located in Loganville, Georgia. It is owned and operated by She-Farmer™ Linda Rivers and business She-Farmer™ Dianne Jennings. The farm, which is nestled on 6.95 acres of beautiful land, is the home of over 500,000 honey bees from which Lion Gate Farms, Inc. cultivates and produces the most sublime local honey. On the farm you will experience the farm favorites--the Alpacas--along with their faithful companions and protectors the Maremma Livestock Guardian Dogs. Raising Alpacas on Lion Gate Farms, Inc. allows us to formulate and produce Premium Alpaca Soil Amendment™ for vegetables, grass, flowers, trees etc. The potency of our all-natural soil amendment strengthens and replenishes the soil using a trademarked natural additive. A neighboring flower farm reported that using our Alpaca soil amendment yielded ‘third year growth within the first year’ of planting. In addition to luxurious Alpaca yarn, we produce artisan-felted Alpaca Soft Dryer Balls™. This all-natural product made from Alpaca fiber takes the place of chemically-treated fabric softener and flammable dryer sheets. Linda Rivers, Co-CEO
Chief Operations Officer
Linda Rivers is a She-Farmer™ with a diverse background. She is passionate about the education of children and their future. Linda is the Co-CEO of Lion Gate Farms, Inc. located in Loganville, Georgia. In a male dominated industry, she has paved the way for women farmers as a beekeeper, alpaca shepherdess, and Co-Founder of Premium Alpaca Soil Amendment™. Linda is on the Board of Directors of the Walton County Beekeepers Association and represents them as their Delegate to the Georgia Beekeepers Association. She is the co-host of a new reality show She Farms™-- a show that focuses on the personal and business life of the female farmer. Linda is a retired flight attendant with Delta Air Lines, a Le Cordon Bleu pastry chef, and she has traveled all over the world. She is the proud mother of Michelle, and the doting grandmother of Little James. She enjoys learning, research, writing, beekeeping, animals, and natural sustainable living. She transitioned to farming in 2012…with no regrets!
Jamel Thompson
Bio-Scientist
Jamel Thompson is a well-known nutritional and health practitioner native to Atlanta, Georgia. His fields of expertise include indigenous vegetation, medicinal herbs, and alternative mineral resources. He is a Bioscientist who is proficient in chemical monitoring, Biomanufacturing, validation, and microbiology. He also holds a certification in Forensic science. Jamel is the lead scientist for Lion Gate Farms, Inc. He developed Lion Gate Farms’ Premium Alpaca Soil Amendment. His bio-engineering knowledge helped to create an Alpaca Amendment with special sequences of enzymatic rich composty enhanced to consistently deliver target results: yielding ideal microbial spores, pH proper for special vegetation, and high nutrient-rich compost which is vital for a symbiotic relationship within the soil. Jamel is a member of the Environmental Protection Agency's Environmental Justice Academy. Jamel Thompson is a graduate of Atlanta Technical College.
Solomon Edmond
Brand Development
Solomon Edmond, the man with an exceptional creative mind and magic in his fingers has the most amazing ability to create whatever is in your mind. His graphic and design experience spans well over 25 years. He has designed projects for many celebrities, major corporations and pastors all across the country. Solomon studied his craft at The Atlanta College of Art. He is also gifted in song, song writing and music production. Solomon has released 5 Contemporary Jazz CD's. Two of his tracks have placed #1 on the independent jazz music charts in London. His latest release is entitled "Your Face." Solex is his musical name.
Dianne Jennings, Co-CEO

“When Dianne Jennings speaks, you’d better listen”. People who have had the good fortune of working with her can all agree with that statement. Her bold business development savvy has benefitted many people over the past 30 years. Her business expertise includes the development of non-profit organizational structure and design. She is a published author, an educator of theology and secular studies. For over 20 years, Dianne hosted a financial radio talk show. She recently branched-out and embraced farming as a Co-CEO of Lion Gate Farms, Inc. and a co-host of She-Farms™ -- a reality television show that focuses on the personal and business life of the female farmer. She is the Co-Founder of Premium Alpaca Soil Amendment™. Dianne is the proud mother of three beautiful children, the loving grandmother of Dylen, along with her grandbaby dog, Billy.
Linda Burroughs
CPA
Linda has a focused mind for facts, figures and the foundation of numbers. Her career as a Certified Public Accountant spans over 30 years. She is the owner of Burroughs CPA Firm in Decatur, Georgia. She is proficient in IRS auditing, an expert witness in civil tax court, payroll, business development, P & L statements, balance sheets, as well as corporate and personal tax preparation.
Michael Ross
Media Director
Michael is a retired video cameraman for Fox 5 News Atlanta Georgia. His unique creative style has afforded him the opportunity to work with WSB TV as well as Georgia Public Television. Michael Ross’s passion for the camera and his love of community instilled in him a burning desire to reach at risk and underserved youth. In 2005, he started Broadcast Academy, a non-profit organization that taught kids the tools of his trade: Intro to the Video Camera, Camera Operations, Intro to Lighting, hands-on lighting instruction, study and field, Intro to Audio, Editing, and an inside look at television stations with one-on-one visits. Mr. Ross is Owner/CEO of Media Solutions a video production company that produces television programs, commercials, and video presentations.
