Alpaca Soft Dryer Balls are a natural alternative to chemical fabric softener sheets or liquid.  Toss three, or preferably six, dryer balls into the dryer with the damp clothes. As they tumble around the dryer, they reduce static cling, soften clothes, reduce wrinkles, and cut drying time on average by 25%.  Alpaca fiber is naturally hypoallergenic -- free from dander and lanolin, which can cause allergic skin reactions.

Each Alpaca Soft Dryer Ball is hand-crafted from our own farm alpacas.  After the annual Spring shearing, the fiber is sent to a mill where it is vigorously washed and turned into super-soft roving.  When the roving is returned to our farm, the fiber is felted and shaped into 4-inch diameter dryer balls.  The dryer balls will typically remain effective for 200 drying cycles.
